What to include
If your message is about a tool issue, include the page URL, browser name, image format, and the action you were trying to complete. Do not send private or sensitive images unless necessary.
Content corrections
If a guide contains outdated wording, unclear instructions, or a broken link, include the page URL and the correction you suggest. FitMyPic guides are intended to stay practical for everyday image resizing and compression tasks.
Privacy and image files
FitMyPic image resizing and compression run locally in the browser. The site does not need your image files to be emailed or uploaded for normal use.
Response expectations
Messages are reviewed as time allows. For urgent production work, keep a backup copy of your original image and test exported files before publishing or submitting them to another platform.
